It's Never Too Late to feel your best!

How it started

Hii, I‘m Caroline

and here is my story in a nutshell. It all started almost 15 years ago when I was living and Modeling in New York. I was caught up in an unhealthy cycle of dieting and binge eating trying to keep up with the pressure of the modelling industry to be extremely skinny. It got to the point where I was so unhappy and depressed that I know I had to change something. Turning vegan and eating a whole foods based diet was my way out of restricting myself and finally feeling happy, at ease and balanced again. No more calorie counting, better digestion, clear skin, more energy and my body got more toned than ever before although I was eating more. YEP, that’s the best part of this lifestyle: You CAN eat as much as your body needs AND still get into your best shape at the same time!!

A few years in, I started creating my own workout philosophy because although my diet made me already feel so much better, I didn’t have my period and was still doing only hiit workouts like running, boxing & spinning and my mindset was still on the „go go go“ mode „burn it all off“ haha if that makes sense.

Ever since I have ONLY been doing my workouts, followed my weekly workout plans and also created my 10 Day Reset Meal Plans to have an exact routine to follow. With all of this, I got my period back, changed my mindset and really got to the point where I am now: A healthy & happy vegan mom, eating a well balanced diet, moving my body in a way that feels aligned and seeing the best results both physically and mentally.
